Welcome to BoldRoute Post Falls Towing. By using our towing and roadside assistance services, you agree to follow these terms. Please read them carefully before requesting service.
Service Agreement
When you contact BoldRoute Post Falls Towing for service, you are entering into an agreement with us. We agree to provide professional towing or roadside assistance services, and you agree to pay the fees for those services. All pricing is provided upfront before we begin work, and you have the right to decline service if you do not agree with the quoted price.
Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the Post Falls, ID area and surrounding communities. Response times may vary based on your location, traffic conditions, weather, and current demand for services.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. You are responsible for all towing and service fees, including any charges from your destination location such as storage fees at repair facilities.
If you are using insurance coverage for towing services, you remain responsible for payment if your insurance company does not cover the full cost or denies your claim. We can provide detailed invoices and receipts to submit to your insurance provider.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle and location when requesting service. You must also remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before it is towed. While we take care to protect your vehicle, we are not responsible for items left inside.
You must have legal ownership or proper authorization to request towing for the vehicle. We may ask for proof of ownership or identification before providing service. You agree not to request service for any vehicle involved in illegal activity.
Our Responsibilities and Limitations
We will handle your vehicle with professional care using proper equipment and trained operators. However, some vehicles arrive to us already damaged from accidents, mechanical failures, or other incidents. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to your vehicle.
We maintain proper insurance coverage for our operations. If our service causes damage to your vehicle, we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly. Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of service.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, road closures, or other emergency situations. We will always do our best to reach you as quickly as possible.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service request at any time before our driver arrives at no charge. If our driver has already been dispatched and is en route to your location, a trip charge may apply. Once our driver arrives at your location, full service fees apply even if you decide not to proceed with the tow.
Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoldRoute Post Falls Towing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. This includes but is not limited to lost wages, rental car costs, or other expenses resulting from your vehicle breakdown or the time required for service.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last revised. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you agree to the updated terms.
